“Our stay at Minnesota Point Beach House 3 was great despite the frigid weather! The home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and so close to Canal Park. We were there for skiing at Lutsen & Spirit Mountain during MLK weekend so the sauna really hit the spot after a day skiing. The host made our first VRBO experience a breeze. We would definitely book this property again.”

“It was a great getaway. The house and location where amazing. Just a little issue with a few of the games that we were looking forward to using. The oven didn't seem to heat properly when making pizzas the top was done but the crust was still doughy. The only other thing i would suggest is the handicap ramp to get into the property had a piece of wood making it hard to get onto the ramp itself. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. ”

“I was thoroughly impressed. What the pictures don’t show is the absolute beautiful scenery you get on the drive to and from the house. It offers privacy, and still reasonably close to everything Duluth has to offer. It’s geared for an all around experience. Be it for families, friends, or just a solo get away spot.. it will suits your needs. The host was very prompt and fair as well. There was an issue with the plumbing due to the sub zero temperatures.. so someone arrived within the hour to……

“Super-fun and unique house to spend a skiing long weekend! You're in a small area of woods, and you're by the slopes, and you can see the city view at night -- all of those together! Can't beat the ski-in, ski-out setup, the only such setup at Spirit Mountain. Finally, staff were uncommonly-helpful and friendly when I initially made a booking mistake and got back to me at 7 am with a corrected booking.”
