“The place is cute with gorgeous views (except you can see right in the neighbors living room from the balcony) the tenants were nice but almost all in their late 60s-80s. Not many families so our kids didn’t meet any other kids. Great fishing and can see dolphins on the bay. Inside needs a little work - dishwasher and kitchen sink leaked . Master toilet was wobbly and tub didn’t drain properly. And bathroom door didn’t latch - also a painting was poorly mounted near front door and would get hot……

“We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again.”

The condo complex is ideally located and well-kept and the condo unit itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The owner has made some great kitchen appliance upgrades since our last stay. “We spent the weekend getting together with family that lives in the area here. Ample space for people to sleep but we only used half of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We didnt use the kayaks or bikes jist because it was quite chilly out, but those were a nice addition. We would stay again sometime!”

“We had a wonderful time here, the house was everything we expected. Owners helpful when we needed something. Loved watching the boats go by and just relax. Fire pit was an added bonus. definitely will go back!”
