“Overall, very clean, neat, and well furnished. Location was spectacular and local to many fun communities. We spent our days exploring Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Sarasota, and St. Petersburgh. We even got in a round of golf at the RTJ Fox Hollow, which is a close, but challenging course. Excellent overall home layout, but the furniture was a little uncomfortable. “This place was located in between Roger’s park and buccaneer Bay. It has enough room for a large family and still be cozy. Perfectly located to kayak where ever you want . I will definitely come back ! ”

“This was by far, one of the best experiences we’ve had on the best canal in the Weeki Wachee area; the home has an exceptional outdoor deck and dock area and the home had a great living space, comfortable beds and adequately provided all of our indoor needs;Manatee routinely swam up to the dock at high-tide to eat the vegetation and was an amazing treat to watch! “The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10”

“The property was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of common issues that the owner was very responsive. The only area and the reason that i lowered the overall rating was the advertised available equipment which was in disrepair. Two Kayaks had no back support, the third which had broken back support also had a hold in the kayak and took on water. One of two paddle boards needed air. There was an available pump. However, with 4 adults staying at the rental, we ended up having to rent……

“The property was absolutely gorgeous. The view was beautiful! Communication with property manager was excellent and he was great about replying!!! We definitely plan to stay again. At the last minute we decided to stay another night and he was more than accommodating!”

“The pool and outdoor area made this property. It was a beautiful place to hang out and have some down time. The beds however left a lot to be desired. The mattresses were horrible and there weren’t mattresses pads on the bed to keep the sheets from slipping around. Money would be well spent on upgrading the bedding! Other than that it’s a great place to stay.”
