“We had an incredible stay at this brand-new property on the Weeki Wachee River! The location is unbeatable—right on the river with beautiful views and easy access to the water. There is a rope swing available to the public a couple houses down in swimming distance that we definitely took advantage of. The house was spotless, clearly very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and new. The vibes were impeccable and you can tell there was not one detail unthought of! “Our stay at Manatee Cove truly was magical. The property is right on the river which is gorgeous especially when viewed from the amazing screened in deck. We stayed on the deck most of the time we were at the home. I had never been in a kayak, but since they were supplied I thought I would try it. Now I’m totally hooked! “We absolutely loved staying here! It was in the quiet back side of the neighborhood. The floor plan was open and spacious with a large screened in porch with comfy seating. Which is where we spent our morning listening to the birds chirp while drinking coffee. The kids got to enjoy the air hockey table the whole time and there was plenty of usb chargers for their electronics too! So win on that part as well! “The home was very clean and well maintained. The kayaks were in really good shape and the seats worked well. The area is amazing and home has a great spot right on the corner of the canal. The one thing that tripped us up a bit was that you either need a Roku account or fire stick to watch TV. We did not have either with us so we couldn't watch TV the entire trip.
