“This was by far, one of the best experiences we’ve had on the best canal in the Weeki Wachee area; the home has an exceptional outdoor deck and dock area and the home had a great living space, comfortable beds and adequately provided all of our indoor needs;Manatee routinely swam up to the dock at high-tide to eat the vegetation and was an amazing treat to watch! “The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10”

“The property was clean and well stocked. We had a couple of common issues that the owner was very responsive. The only area and the reason that i lowered the overall rating was the advertised available equipment which was in disrepair. Two Kayaks had no back support, the third which had broken back support also had a hold in the kayak and took on water. One of two paddle boards needed air. There was an available pump. However, with 4 adults staying at the rental, we ended up having to rent……

“This was my 18 year old sons last vacation with us for awhile. He is going into the air force and he has always loved weeki wachee. The location of this house is amazing. A kayak ride to Rogers Park. When tide was high we ran and jumped into the river. The baby even loved swimming everyday and chilling inside patio or out on dock. Literally a 10 minute or less drive from Weeki Wachee State Park, Pine Island, fishing. We only left to get food or to explore all that this area had to offer. My……

“Second time staying at the tree house and I loved it even more! Home is cozy clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking, outdoor seating, water views and peace! Neighbors are quiet and nice as well. It is a bit of a paddle to get into the springs and explore but if you aren’t afraid of a little exploring it’s the perfect spot. Came with 4 kayaks and 1 canoe so plenty of options and dock allows easy access to river. Kitchen came fully stocked and even some seasonings (which I forgot to……

“Had a great stay here, the location is nice, the home very cozy and clean, the step down to the back of home can be challenging for some. The pontoon was not available to rent as the keys weren't there but that wasn't an issue we just went back for our boat. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We spent the weekend getting together with family that lives in the area here. Ample space for people to sleep but we only used half of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We didnt use the kayaks or bikes jist because it was quite chilly out, but those were a nice addition. We would stay again sometime!”
