“We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……

“To be honest, the atmosphere is quite good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I don’t why the light of our rooms are not so bright, and the power or output of water of shower is very low, that makes a bit uncomfortable while taking a shower. Also, the quality of shampoo should be better, especially under a such low level of water power or output.”
