“I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely. Its also in a really handy location too. Close to old town key spots, close to the harbour and with cafes nearby and a short walk to the train station- I even……

“Dom room is clean. Have big sharing space in lobby. Breakfast is provided. Have rich supermarkets and transportation around. Parking area is also provided.”

“Dolder Grand is in a really nice district but has a tradeoff that it is not so convenient for public transport especially after 11:30pm when the cable car to Dolder Grand stops working. The hotel has a very modern interior and the view from the room is magnificent as it is overlooking the whole Zurich. The service is really great and the staff are very helpful. Overall, if you want to experience a luxurious hotel experience in Zurich, Dolder Grand is your choice”

“住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）”
