“We stayed for one night in a suite. Location is perfect since its close to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. It appears that there is staff shortage. Took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, and same experience checking out. Room was spacious and clean, equipped with full kitchen dishwasher, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator. Truly appreciated the hot breakfast options and the friendly staff in the dining. The major issues were the toilet( very dated and very……

“Extremely close to everything. Tanger outlets right next door, you can walk there, Hershey park attractions are 5-10 minute drive. Great location! Clean & spacious room perfect for our family of 5. Didn't use the kitchen much but it is stocked with plates & silverware, full fridge, stove & dishwasher. Only saw one pot in there so not much you can cook but they may have others if you ask. We just didn't need that we were only there 2 nights. Kids enjoyed indoor pool both nights after long days at……

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient for everything I needed. They provided a hot breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. Although the hotel was undergoing some maintenance and upgrades during my stay, it didn’t interfere with my experience at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!”

The service left a lot to be desired, with staff members seeming uninterested in helping. The breakfast was also quite disappointing, with limited options and quality that did not meet expectations. Additionally, the bathroom size was smaller than anticipated. I hope the hotel can take these comments into……
