“Communication with host was very good, and accessing the property was easy. The location was also very good with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pets a welcomed with no extra fees. Area rugs are worn and stained - should be replaced. Bathroom is very cramped.”

“Rooms need utensils”

“The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out……

“We had a lovely reception and introduction to the property. It was well located, beautifully decorated, warm and friendly. ”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I had booked a room that I thought had fireplace but made a mistake and was a different room. The staff upgraded us to a room w fireplace without hesitation or extra fees. Stayed at many places before and it’s the little things that go a long way, plus Food at their restaurant was delicious. ”

“The setting for this bed and breakfast was what you think of when you think of bed and breakfast - quaint setting - rustic accommodations in a country environment. Bring your computer or a book - no TV in the room. The only "complaint" is that breakfast was sparse. We thought she said, "yogurt, fruit, and granola" but when we looked in the around the common kitchen/frig we didn't see any granola. There were 2 containers of yogurt and a small bowl of blueberries. We weren't sure the other stuff……
