“Great historical inn with outstanding hostess and service. Pool and hot tub were OK as long as you don’t mind all the flowers falling into them (no pool filter or scrubber). Beautiful landscaping. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was small but, it was expected in a historical inn. Continental breakfast was good with fresh baked pastries and breads, fresh berries, scrambled eggs, yogurt and cereals. ”

“Didn’t like that room service wasn’t available because of how busy the restaurant was. Never really experienced that issue.”

“I'm picky about hotels. The last thing I need is bed bugs. I can say I approve of this place. Nice room, breakfast, wifi, parking, all good. 10 minutes to downtown. Seems convenient to a stay in Tucson. Also, close to In & Out Burger!”

“说是下午四点钟会给我们发房间密码，可是四点半也没有发。我们四点前就已经到达酒店，没有人，找不到人，找不到房间，因为是个民居改造而成。其实位置不是很好找。无奈之下我打了酒店预留电话才发给我号码。是怕我们不去入住还是怎么回事？搞不清楚。房间内非常脏，地面、卫生间甚至咖啡机内（装水处）都是灰尘、毛发。一看就是很久没有打扫。说是会有两瓶瓶装水饮用，可是什么也没有，幸亏我们自己带有饮用水。”

“Overall a good stay for a fair price. Most staff was helpful except one front desk person I feel might be better off behind the scenes and not be the face of the hotel as the individual didn’t seem to me to be highly into the service aspect. Others were very good. There were problems with water coming out of the shower onto the floor. Restaurant at dinner is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable .”

“Good pool nice location to down town. Didn't like the air conditioner or lack of fan . There is no fan options that let the fan run. And the ac only gets down to 66f so it turns on and off all night and was very disappointed with my sleep 💤😴😭”

“Manage level is low,permit some persons speaker and laugh very loud ,noone come to tell them quieter.at 1ocloak.”
