“We arrived on Friday evening. It was a bit loud with a wrestling tournament and only one elevator working. Impossible to get hot water out of the sink in bathroom. And there was no extra toilet paper - only what was on the holder. Called to get a roll and I had to go down and get it myself :) We have always stayed on the Hilton side. This was a first on the Home2Suites. Property is in a favorable location. ”

When we had a power outage, Jeff was super quick to respond, which was so appreciated since I was juggling two little ones (the outage was due to a car hitting a utility pole nearby, not anything with their home!). I've known Jeff for years—he’s a great family friend who we've come to know over the years as my parents live down the street on the lake. It was wonderful to spend some quality time……
