“We were looking for easy access to the ocean and this was very easy walking distance to the beach. The property was unassuming from the outside, but the house was clean and comfortable. There was no oven or grill and we had trouble getting the induction stove to work, so ended up ordering in on the night we planned to cook. “We stayed at the La Quinta in Cocoa Beach Port Canaveral one night before our cruise. It was perfect for us. Not fancy, but it was clean and quiet at night. There is a $12 pp shuttle to the Port, it's a 15 minute ride. Right across the street from the hotel there is a street to the right that takes you right on the beach. five minutes walk. JT restaurant bar on 2nd floor of hotel is great food and pool tables and darts for something to do. Note the hotel is actually a motel, you walk around……
