“Very disappointed as we booked and I was looking forward to a peaceful place to stay but they called and said the couldn't honor the hotels dot Com price. But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night. My credit card had already been charged and I could not get the money back right away and when you are traveling it's hard to have to juggle funds and figure things out. At least Hotels. Com always helps us out. ”

“The timing was such that they were replacing window treatments. No warning but a small sign at the front desk and tv muntil the last minute. So there was drilling around my room for 4 days. They entered my room without permission to replace the drapes in that unit.
