“Very friendly staff. They quickly took care of trash in front of property someone left. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Assortment of foods delicious and appreciated- every Wednesday there is an appetizer hour! The only problem was a long wait on hot water from our sink but they sent someone over to check and it required more fixing (They did offer to change our rooms). Great stay with helpful and warm staff. ”

“Great location. We were there to go to LEGOLAND, which is just next door at the Springfield Mall, and Mt Vernon which is about a 20 min drive. Our grandson got to play in the pool our second night, and that was fun. Paying for parking is a new experience. Other Marriott properties have never charged for parking. The breakfast in the lobby, while not complimentary, was very well done and presented nicely. Apparently the military make use of the hotel to billet service members, and their……

“It's great that there is microwave in the room. I hope that the hotel can be more flexible with the extended check-out as the hotel only allows a late check-out to 1pm even if the rooms are not fully occupied.”
