“My grandchildren were participating in the American Royal Youth Rodeo. The house is literally 5 minutes from the arena. Mr. Jim was the PERFECT host. Gave me excellent food recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was perfect for me and my dog, Annie. It has a fenced in back yard. The house was clean, comfortable beds, with beautiful well maintained house plants, close to several restaurants, and I felt very safe. It was really nice to have coffee on the porch and enjoy the view. You……

“My brothers and sisters and some of their spouses as well as a cousin stayed her for two nights. The location was perfect -- Overland Park is near Leawood, which is where the funeral we gathered for was located. There were three bedrooms suitable for couples, one with bathroom en suite and the others with a bathroom nearby, plus the bunk room. We all had the room and privacy we needed, and the living room was comfortable to hang out in. But our favorite aspect was the backyard, looking out over……

“The house is set in a typical small town “well lived and loved” neighborhood—one that I happened to have been raised in as a young person, so I loved it! It made a great gathering place for me, my sister, and cousins. Plenty of space to hang out in the sitting rooms or playing games around the table. But the best spot was on the front porch! ”

“Myself and my coaching staff were in the area for a youth softball tournament and were looking for a home that could house 8 or 9 adults comfortably. This place filled the bill nicely, both spatially and location wise. Located close to the interstate, it was extremely convenient to get around to the various venues we needed to get to. In addition, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the host was promptly responded to. I would definitely stay here……
