We had plenty of room to spread out, cook, spend time on the deck and enjoy the beach. The house is nicely furnished with cute decorations. Eric and Cathy were great hosts and promptly answered any questions we had.I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area!”

“Beautiful house with lots of room and seating for everyone. Great location in a gated community. We took our golf cart and there was a bridge just for golf carts for easy access to the beach! The home looked a little older than the pictures but we enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“This was a great home with everything and everyone on one floor. Interior deco was beautifully done. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Large living, dining and kitchen for all of us to gather and visit. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but not for a large group. Outdoor deck and chairs were wonderful to sit, visit and view ocean. Outside downstairs would be wonderful for entertaining and visiting in the summer months. There were only a few things that would help to……

“Had a great time in Bolivar penninsula at the private beach front property. had everything we needed and was very clean and luxurious! Will come again!”

“The house was great. It looks bigger in the pictures online but still plenty of room. It states room to park 4 vehicles not 4 extra large trucks . Would definitely stay there again. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. ”

“We had an amazing time ringing in the new year at the beach. The house was clean and spacious with a deck view of the ocean. The owners were so kind and helpful. The peninsula had many great places to eat and a nice beach for the family. We will visit again!”

Kitchen did have ants we found out after purchasing donuts and the box was full next morning and the house did sway which we read in prior reviews. But overall would recommend very clean, great location, quiet neighborhood.”
