“No coffee was pretty tough, but staff and room were nice”

“To access indoor pool had to go outside because indoor lock was broken. The outside gate latch was missing, Ice machine on 5th floor was not working, jaccuzi tub out of order, the handicap lift at poolside was broken. A family had to physically lift their approx 200 lb boy out of the pool. Outside of property condition, staff was excellent and spacious room.”

“Nice and relatively new hotel. The area has several plazas within walking distance, and a mall nearby. Parking was easy, the area is convenient about 15 mins from the airport and near downtown Rogers.”

“It was amazing place, spacious bedroom and bathroom. The staff there was very pleasure person, cooked us a fresh breakfast. It was good food!! We definitely will come back again for longer weekend!!”
