“Night desk clerk was very helpful”

“Stayed in winter with lots of snow. Parking lot and walks needed to be cleared for safety. Room did not have all towels & washcloths, had to go to desk to get them. Room phone did not not work propertly, was reported. No breakfast provided as advertised, but can understand due to only three or four rooms being occupied. Rooms clean, ok! ”
