“The location of this house is perfect. Only a couple of houses away from the beach. The setup is also great. There is a 1-bedroom apartment above the garage that is great for teens or just to separate families. The house can use some work (for example, the shower doors don't close properly nor do the kitchen cabinets and it is a little dated), but for a beach trip, it is exactly what we needed. It has a wonderful sleepy West Coast beach house aesthetic, is surprisingly spacious, and is laid out for gatherings and good hangs. It's situated on a quiet street that's a short walk to Grayton beach and Red Bar (our favorite dinner spot in the area). So, the location can't be beat. A very short walk to the beach as well as Chiringos and Red Bar made this the ideal spot. the place was well furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. the management staff was super responsive via text and really saught to make sure we had a good stay. It must be said that the walls to the neighbor duplex are a little thin and you can hear people walking next……
