“This house is truly Paradise! There 13 of us staying for a week. The amount of space inside as well as outside is incredible. We never felt crowded, even when all 13 were in the pool at the same time. The house is gorgeously decorated and the beds super comfy. It is a perfect house for large groups of all ages with plenty of space to get away for some peace and quiet too. It was only a short walk to the beach, so close we never even used the golf cart to get there. We highly recommend……

“We loved how close we were to all the shops and restaurants in Seaside ”

“Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. ”

“This is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. “This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent location, quickly answered any questions we had. Kids loved being close to the beach and the chairs and paddle board that was available was a very welcomed bonus. ”

“Large house with room for 3 generations of our family. The pool, tiki hut, and golf cart were enjoyed, as well. Access to beach was right across the street. We did have some issues with WiFi & technology, but most issues were fixed quickly, including replacing the tv in the tiki hut. I would recommend this house. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cottage to friends and family! The cottage was very clean and in excellent shape! We cooked most of our meals and had everything we needed to do that (just bring your own spices). The host was responsive to questions ahead of time, and we had no issues during our stay. The 5-7 min walk to the beach was easy with our teen and tween. However, there are many steps to get down to the beach via the private access to be aware of. We enjoyed having……

Angela the property manager was prompt in all replies and very helpful. Ethan working the chair rental was extraordinary. Everyone loved the pool and it was walking distance to the beach, which we went to every day. We rode the bikes to Rosemary and Inlet Beach. The golf cart was the best!! We used it everyday!
