“This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this condo. We have found it to be very clean & comfortable. The beach is conveniently across the street & the pool area is very nice. We would choose to stay in this condo again in the future! Tiffany is very easy to communicate with! Kelly P.”

“We came into town for a quick trip to check out various 30A communities & investment properties, and stayed at this adorable studio for 2 nights. Quick walk to Rosemary Beach, super comfy bed, great shower, and really cute kitchen/coffee area. I’d definitely book again and Kim & Bill were great!! ”

“The studio was excellent, exactly like the pictures, and very clean. Location was great - walk to restaurants, shops, beach, or rent a bike and visit other places on 30A.My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is the beach access - guests of this studio, and other condos in the area are limited to one access point and one area of the beach - This area becomes very crowded while the private beach on either side is completely empty.”

“This place was wonderful – just like the online description and the location could not have been better! Very clean and terrific amenities! The only feedback might be the instructions provided – they could be a little more specific to the place, for example there’s no parking pass required for the property, but the instructions state that you would be towed if you don’t have a parking pass. There is also no washer/dryer, but instructions stay to put the bedding into the washing machine. Other……

“Stay was nice and did the job to be near the beach. Had everything you could need to stay for a few days. Only complaint is a man came to work on the main house starting on Monday and was there Tuesday as well. We weren’t given any warning of his arrival and he had ladders and stuff everywhere making it an obstacle course. Just wish there was more communication from owner. Other than that, definitely recommend! ”

“Perfect location. A little hard to find as the buildings are not clearly marked. Wish that coffee was provided but other than that everything was great.”
