“Condo was clean and updated. Had a nice size balcony with plenty of sitting. The area felt safe with security codes needed to enter pool area and buildings. Access to beach was convenient. Favorite part of the condo itself was it felt open and inviting with all the natural light. Covered parking for one car with access to carts for loading. Additional parking available outside of parking garage. Easy access to bikes and beach accessories.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable condo with great beach access. The condo was well stocked with everything we would need to make this a home away from home for a few day. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals in.The availability of beach umbrellas and chairs made for comfortable worry free trips to the beach.We would definitely consider a return trip.”

The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, trash bags, extra paper-towels, etc. I can always tell when a property is managed by a company vs owners. When a property is managed by the owner you have extra amenities/small touches that you don’t get with property managed by a management company. We will definitely be back. ”

“The condo was exactly what was listed. The property was nice and not too busy. The location was perfect. Red Fish Taco had amazing food and music. The music was always over by 9:30 so it was never an issue for sleeping. The golf cart was a priceless bonus, our family loved scooting around in it. We would stay here again!”

“Great location, amenities and dining options. Beach access was not an issue during our stay. I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property. ”
