“It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It was very well managed, clean, quiet and spacious unit. Did not face any issues or surprises. Great location. “The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing……

“This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. “Location, Location, Location!You couldn’t ask for a better spot—right in the heart of the city. Just two blocks from Times Square and two blocks from Bryant Park, the area felt safe and vibrant throughout our stay.The host was extremely responsive. I’d read some reviews mentioning issues with air conditioning or hot water, but we had no problems at all. The water was hot, and while the host suggested using the AC efficiently, even on a hot Labor Day weekend the room stayed perfectly……
