“This renovated warehouse apartment is secure, spacious, neat, cozy, and quiet. A large couch is very comfortable and the king size bed is fantastic. The location is superb in that. It is immediately near 490 making it easy to get anywhere in Rochester. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location to anyone.”

“I gave 4 stars for this stay because of the check-in process. I was given two phone numbers to call when we arrived in order to be remotely let into the building. I called both phone numbers repeatedly for 10 minutes, messaged through VRBO, and left voicemails before I was able to get in touch with anyone. That was very frustrating, and I was frantically looking for dog-friendly hotels that we could stay in if no one picked up. The host never apologized or acknowledged the delay or numerous……

“Very clean, what we needed for a few nights in Rochester with our infant daughter. There are some tenants in the building who smoke so if you are very sensitive to the smell, that is a consideration, but the apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. ”

“Overall the place is great. Lot of space to stretch. Hosts were excellent and communicated very well! Only issue is this particular condo faces the highway. ...and can hear the car's all night. Recommend some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as my wife is. Rest is great!”
