“We were thankful that we were able to stay at a home that was close to an event my daughter needed to be at. We only had drive about 6 min. I was neverous about parking but it all worked out. If i had any questions or concerns they where great with getting them answered or quick to help in any way. I would recommend this place for a good place to go to events like the strong museum. Most popular grocery's stores where about 15 min. Which i thought was not bad to get to walmart or target. If want……

“The apartment looked exactly like it did online & was very clean. Ryan had towels, kitchen equipment & extras like detergent, coffee, powdered creamer, sugar & spices. The parking pass was fantastic to have, especially since the last night we were there it snowed pretty hard. The location was great for our needs. “Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. We had plenty of room to prep meals and snacks, as well as work on last-minute wedding projects. Also, loved the screen-in front porch! Wish we had……

We felt very welcomed as we walked in to beautiful home with an oversized dining table set for 12. The kitchen had an abundance of dishes and cookware. “We wanted waterfront simply for the view and these views were excellent! Would like to thank the host for providing the snow for a "white Christmas" ;) We cooked our Christmas dinner at the property and found the kitchen and supplies to be great. The fireplace was cozy!The only negative was that there was no snow shovel or broom to clear the doorway and path, which made those areas very slippery; although the driveway got plowed after the previous nights snow.Thank you and definitely recommend……

“This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back.”
