I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. Communication before, during, and after our stay was awesome. Ken (listing manager) was also very helpful and informative during the process. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It was also conveniently located close to great local restaurants and grocery stores. Check in and check out was very smooth. We couldn't have asked for……
