“My stay was short (three days), but enjoyable. The property was a minute off of the busy thoroughfare and quiet. The room was clean and adequate. The mattress was firm, if that’s your preference. I was checked in and assisted by the GM, Kelly. He took care of all my requirements with a smile and patience. He inquired each time I saw him, asking if I needed anything. I look forward to staying at this particular property the next time I am in the area.”

“Like a small Ritz-Carlton, but better managed with an almost Asian level of service, which in my experience of luxury hotels worldwide over the last 40 years qualifies this property to be not just a 4 star, but closer to a 5 star, and certainly the best hotel on Hiltonhead Island (all the Marriott properties on HH are pretty mediocre, which is unfortunate for me, given I'm a loyal Bonvoy member).
