“員工有禮，熱心服務。設施充足，環境潔淨。地點方便，容易找到。面對街道的房間比較嘈吵，早餐食物量有時不足。”

“Overall very good experience in the hotel as staff was friendly and check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, walkable to centre of Georgetown and restaurants. Bed was comfortable but wish there was thin and thick pillows to choose from. Shower head was leaking and bathroom door cannot be closed initially during our stay. Housekeeping did not replace hand towels on 2nd day and 3rd day. ”

“優勢一是附近轉左有一個小型商場，地下有一間超市及類似萬寧，上層無店開門；二是附近有個户外food court之類，12馬幣一隻中小型海南雞髀；轉右行15分鐘見到The Top, 那裡有2個商場，這一帶頗舊，較髒有乞丐。亦見有個巴士總站。三是可以讓我提早1hour (check in)入住. 缺點：一入房就發現個熱水壺是壞的，幸好立即有人送上一個新的。二是熱水供應不足，我住3晚，第一晚用花灑來熱水澡，10-15分鐘後就變涼了，第二晚就只有幾分鐘熱水供應，最後一晚就更加沒有熱水供應。洗手盆水龍頭撥左求熱水供應，出水線狀，又慢又少水，總之沒有熱水。 ”

“If u seriously planning to stay in GT, I would say no no to this hotel, reason below: 1> I was rejected to the face of check in to my room unless i pay extra (early check in). I was there past 12pm. 2> The room, uneven floor, dirty floor. 3> Cracked mug, and loose switch. 4> Stains on sofa and bed, hair found on bed cover also. 5> Toilet, bathtub makes lots of noise when u sit on it, like it is gonna break any time, I end up standing on the side to finished my shower. 6> The Neighbour is……
