There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them……

“Erstaunlich günstiges Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, dafür gibt es sogar ein Hallenbad gegen 5 Euro Zuzahlung. Wer eine Basis für Ausflüge im Bayerischen Wald sucht, ist hier richtig. Ist halt kein Boutique-Hotel oder so, aber praktisch. Personal ist freundlich, aber nur immer stundenweise da, was mir aber egal war.”

“- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation.
