“Nice hotel! We stayed at your hotel for two nights and had booked a good room. However, when we returned to our room on the second day, we found that it had not been made up, even though we had informed one of the staff members in the morning before leaving. We were quite disappointed by this oversight, as we expected the room to be cleaned and refreshed during our absence. We hope you will take note of this and ensure better communication and service in the future. Thanks Thank you.”

“All staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent location, the Freson Bros is just cross the road. We lived here for 5 nights, and went to Jasper National Park, Columbia Icefield and Malign Lake, it just took about 1-2 hr by car, it's acceptable. By the way, we saw one beaver at the Beaver Boardwalk which is near by.”
