“We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive. While the hotel doesn’t seem to offer daily room service by default, the team was quick to act whenever we requested room cleaning, fresh sheets, or trash removal. “Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj……
