“We stayed here during or semi-annual mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. Place was VERY nice and it fit our groups needs nicely with a large number of beds and bathrooms. Beautiful location and lots of space. Highly recommend it. ”

“Everything was great and clean. Really close to the water. Draw backs were the drive way. If any major rain falls you can't get out of the driveway without 4 wheel drive. One thing made us uncomfortable was the garage entrance was a key pad knob in the cabin. There was not way for us to lock it from the inside. The garage and door to the bottom part of the cabin was odd. I loved the view from the screen porch. We unfortunately didn't get the kayak in the lake because the water levels were too……

“We were in town for a concert at the Arkansas Music Pavillion. The cabin was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Really all the comforts of home. Overall a great stay. Also the owner was nearby in case we needed anything.”

“Great location for those coming to ride the Bentonville trails! Easy ride to a trail to access Slaughter Pen. Coler is easily accessible via sidewalks and bike lanes on the roadway. Bella Vista is a 12-15 minute drive if have a vehicle. The location was stocked with k-cups, laundry detergent and an outdoor storage shed for bikes. All the rooms were great with comfortable beds and smart TVs. Will definitely stay here again!”

Clean, modern and outfitted with everything including fuzz-ball, shuffle board tables in the downstairs area. It literally had everything g we needed. I highly recommend this property for any occasion and enough room for a reunion! ”
