“My husband and I enjoyed our Christmas getaway in the Cozy Cabin. It was really clean and actually cozy! It was cold and rainy so we didn’t do anything outdoors but it would be perfect in warmer weather. Very nice property.”

“Where do I even begin, we absolutely LOVE this place and Melissa is absolutely wonderful to work with and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable! This was our second time coming here and we plan on coming back every year! Beautiful sunsets and scenery-if you’re wanting to disconnect and enjoy peace and nature then this is the spot. We also love that there are trails for hiking and water for kayaking so close! Would highly recommend!”

“My sister and I traveled from KC for a 3 night get away. The remodeled log cabin was the perfect destination. Beautiful backyard that we will enjoy when we come back in warmer weather. Great for bird watching in the morning. Impeccable condition. Simple, modern decor. Beds are very comfortable. Showers have great water pressure. We are runners and were able to go on long runs each day on different paths. Already looking forward to coming back in the Summer. ”

“We had a family Thanksgiving get together. Loved the cozy cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Everyone had a good time. ”

“The property is very cute and the location is excellent. However, the cabin smells like cigarette smoke. It was not advertised s as being a smoker friendly place and with an infant it causes me great concern. We only stayed 2 nights and we will have to re-wash all of our clothes because the smoke smell.”

“What a beautiful, serene home in a sweet town! ”

“We absolutely LOVED this property and our stay! I asked my family to each send a few words that described the property and here's what I got: cozy, familial, loved, well-worn, grounding, homey, cute, welcoming, warm and comfy. While it may have been an older house, you can tell it has been well-taken care of over the years. This property is the EXACT kind of place I imagine and hope for when staying at a vacation rental (which can be hard to find these days).It was by far the absolute CLEANEST……
