“Spacious, super clean place just a block from downtown Bentonville. Bedroom are at either end of LR, DR, Kitchen. Would stay here again.”

“Local @Coler is very close to the Coler trail, restaurants, shopping, downtown and breweries. The unit is large, very clean, has a comfortable couch, large screen tv and comfortable beds. I appreciated all the little extra touches. This is a wonderful place to stay.”

“The photos does not do this studio justice. Our first impression when entering was the fresh and clean smell. We recommend this property for a Beaver Lake get-away for two! ”

“The place was very clean and in a great location. I had a slight issue with the lock and they were very quick to come and fix it. I would highly recommend!”

“The property was pretty nice.We did have one problem with the shower in one of the bathrooms that could have been a lot worse. As I entered the shower and started to move the shower head to a different position the whole shower head and rod that the shower head was connected to came off and fell into the shower. Thankfully it didn’t hit my leg or foot as it would have cut me.I mentioned it to the manager at the front desk and he said thanks but really didn’t seem to care much that it could have……

“Myself and two friends attended a 4 day bike rally in Rogers, AR. We selected this property because of location and 3 bedrooms. The condominium was true to the representation on VRBO. It was clean and all the necessities were readily available. The kitchen and bathrooms supplies were more than adequate. We have no complaints and would rate the experience as excellent. I would definitely stay here again.”
