“We stayed for a couple nights because we were taking a tour (with Oxalis, which was amazing) to see the Phong Nha caves. Even with the short amount of time spent at this hotel it was tremendously terrible. Most important point: we had no hot water! Staff told us to switch a plug up and wait 15 mins, which was already ridiculous, after waiting we still had to shower in the cold. If you are looking for a place to eat, there is nothing remotely close by. The wifi was nonexistent. No point trying to……

“Hotel is reasonably ok but not as comfortable as expected. Air conditioning was not strong enough and room wasn't as clean as it should be. Would say the hotel is at the lower end of a 3 star. ”
