“Das Personal war zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber die Zimmer auch. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat war, dass es keinen Hinweis gibt, dass man den Wellness Berich extra bezahlen muss. “Hatten ein Deluxe Apartment mit traumhafter Aussicht und riesiger Dachterrasse. Alles im Apartment war auf dem neuesten Stand (Küchengeräte, Fenster sehr gut dämmend usw.) An der Rezeption wurde man freundlich empfangen. Leider waren die Matratzen nur sehr hart aber das ist ja kein grund eine schlechte Bewertung zu geben.”

“- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence. - Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering……
