“Sehr schöne und blitzsaubere Wohnung ”

“Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. Within walking distance to a spar and Lidl. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home ”

“Nice, clean accommodations. Quiet resort. Resturant was good, beds were comfortable. Easy parking.”

“The chairs where really bad. Falling apart and leaving bits and pieces everywhere. including on skin and in bed. The pillows where too thin and 1 was falling apart. The shower was really good. ETA was communicated to us by Bellvilla and was not in order with resort reception. We where blamed for being late. While we came early to the our communicated eta. Appartment only has chairs no sofa. The kitchen wear was filthy on arrival. we found dustbunny's on walls.”

“The property worked well for us. Though small, it had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked by it took a longtime to get one load done. It was a short walk across the bridge to Old Town which we expected. What we didn't expect was the road construction on the street the property sits on. We had a hard time locating the property since GPS send you to the torn up street and you can't drive down that. Further construction in the area made is difficult to navigate initially, so arrival and……

“Lagevtop, aner dasxwarces dann auch schon.....Unterkunft war ungepflegt, Jalousien und Möbel kaputt, Teppich fleckig, meherere Ameisenköderboxen warrn verteilt, schmutzige Unterwäsche im Bad von Vormietern, definitiv nicht zu empfehlen”

“Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Großzügig geschnitten.Wunderbare Umgebung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.Leider nur eine Toilette. Bei Belegung mit 6 Personen schon ein wenig knapp ”
