“Arrived, booked the family suite room. They said they had probelms and my room was unavailable and there was no more rooms available. They transfered me across town to another one of their hotels. The room was lesser quality, hair in the sink, used soap in the bathroom, somking room, I didnt ask for a smoking room. The room was old and poor quailty. Turns out they gave my original room to a wedding party, how very unprofessional and scam like behavior. Dont stay with this hotel group. They are……

“I am from Canada. This is the best hotel we stayed in south Caucasus countries even though other hotels we stayed are all 5-star hotel while this is a 4-star hotel. But this hotel beats other two 5-star hotels we stayed in South Caucasus, Bugattis, Romania and Moldova. I would think this 4-star hotel aligns with 4-star hotel standard in Canada.”
