But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. They sent prices, we confirmed which one we want. They never confirmed it and there was no transportation organized. We ended up using Bolt, which worked well and was cheaper. “Jeyhan was splendid and offered us our rooms hours before the actual check-in time. They were also kind enough to send through a cake on my birthday! Yes, its a little remote but its a mere 5 AZN from the prime points of the city. Travel within Baku is ridiculously cheap by global standards so you will have no issues getting around on the cheap. The amenities at the property are quite modern and do not need updating. ”
