“We have been here several times, but this was the first time under the new ownership. I thought I would be more sad that there wasn't a "hot" made-from scratch breakfast, but it turned out that we were fine kind of foraging and eating when we felt like it (instead of having a "appointment" to get to. We loved the décor of our room (Coffee Cottage), and the hot tub was fantastic. Well worth it to stay here! A couple of places within walking distance to eat, too, so we could just stay put and……

“This place had everything we needed for our short visit to the Holbrook area. Loved the walk down entrance and door to the backyard. It was all lit up when we arrived after dark. Very clean and orderly and had everything we needed. Even though it doesn’t have a kitchen, the it has kitchen appliances like mini fridge, microwave, toaster and the host had some extra food and coffee and tea for our use. We just brought some prepared food for our dinners.”

“Terrible place to be. No access road, you need a 4x4 to drive through the dusty and deserted area. Far from the main road. We did not stay there but chose to get away before our RV got ruined. Never again!”
