“I enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much, not limited to friendly staff, spacious green area and clean and comfortable room. Two suggestions: 1. A reflective mirror at the car exit as the visibility of coming cars was low when I drove out 2 Better have a refrigerator”

Didn't actually realise it was this hotel when I booked. We stayed in a lovely suite with an outside hot tub, a steam room,small sitting area and jacuzzi bath, as well as separate shower room. “Loved out stay at this hotel and restaurant on our final day in the Lakes. We stayed in Scafell Pike with the only negative being the room was very hot (we stayed in late Aug). We would definitely stay there again. ”

“This is my 2nd time staying at the Station Lodge. You can't beat the price, the location and both times I've stayed I had nice large rooms. It's literally across the street from the train station, and as this is the last stop on the train you literally don't hear any sounds from the train. AND the trailhead for the Orett trail is also literally across the street. This trail spiders out to many other trails. There are a ton of restaurants, shops, pubs and the awesome grocery store with a cafe……

“All good except the sofa bed isn't comfortable at all. The room isn't a good choice for 3 persons. ”
