“Bar and rooms were clean. Lady who checked us in at the bar was friendly and gave the information required about codes/keys. Our room was direct above the bar and looked over the smoking entrance so was loud until closing. Overall a great, comfortable stay. Loved the nespresso machine in the room and the decor was beautiful! Thanks ”

“What a great find. The perfect stop off on our way to the Highlands. The room (room 5) was incredibly spacious and clean. The service was friendly and genuine and the food was well cooked and great value. The breakfast in particular was clearly cooked to order and piping hot. Definitely recommend this place. ”

“We love this hotel, the decor is brilliant and very fitting for the Lake District. Pool and gym are great. But you have to pay £15 if you don’t book direct. EV charging. Lovely bar and restaurant ”
