“We were very happy with the area and the neighborhood. It was a great location for our family. Some of the house is empty (front 2 rooms) and there is only a table for 4 - things to consider if staying with a big group which didn't really matter for us. We really enjoyed the game room and basketball. It was great that there was a full contingent of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Plenty of towels and blankets. “This property did not disappoint! Very clean and well stocked. Views of the river are nice and kids enjoyed watching the boat traffic throughout the day and the place is very calm and peaceful throughout the day, especially in the mornings and evenings. We only wished it had a dock to fish from or maybe just some rod holders attached to the bulkhead to allow for a bit more convenient fishing in the river but that’s not worthy of a deduction on the review! “The place was quiet and nice. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower was awesome. The tv remote didn't have batteries, but my daughter purchase some for our stay. There's no Wi-Fi but the tv will work off your phone's hotspot. It's a Hulu TV and we were able to access some great movie apps. I'm old school and I feel some type of way because the curtains are super thin and that leaves you with no privacy. I also feel more chairs are needed' especially if you're bringing children.Our stay……

“My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights during Christmas. This house had everything we needed. 4 comfortable beds all in same room without a wall. This prevented my teenage children from hiding in their room, LOL. Instead we all talked, played games every night. The yard has a picnic table, fire place, bbq grill, and a fishing pier with night light. On top of that the price was very affordable. What more can I ask? Plus the host left a small Christmas tree before our arrival and made christmas……
