“My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around……

“The listing pictures are accurate. Rental was clean. Location was excellent with a nice Turkish coffee shop next door. Street parking was easy and free. Communication with the host could have been better: I asked a question immediately after booking months before pur stay and never got a response. We still had no communication from the host the day before check in and I had to reach out to VRBO and get the hosts contact info before I received any communication.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. Joanne was a gracious host even greeting us when we arrived much later than planned and I’m sure after she was comfortable and tucked in for the night. Wonderful setting,……

“My only note is that there was a light on under the door in the bedroom (the door without a doorknob). This was a little unsettling while trying to sleep, as it felt like someone else was right on the other side of the door. ”

“Cool stay in a cute suburb type neighborhood, local shopping is nearby. Didn’t realize it was so far from the city but that’s ok. Nice and private, spacious apartment style. Only suggestion would be a better shower head. Overall a great stay!”

“We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses). There is an Aldi’s and a wine and liquor store nearby; we stocked our fridge with……

“Really clean and in perfect working order. A bit tricky to get into for the first time (call buttons, key pads, etc) but easy after that. The main door is not on a main street so i had to wlak around a buut to find it initially. easily walkable to the Met which was our main reason for staying. ”
