“Nice outdoor space, very clean, kitchen with full supplies, very comfortable, a bit of a drive to Santa Cruz with traffic but also closer to Carmel and Monterey. Not very close to large roads. Nice touch that shampoo, body wash and hand soap in each bathroom Outside areas nice, can hear AM pick up of trash in shopping area behind the property but otherwise very quiet.but ”

“Capurro Ranch is a stunning home set in an incredibly picturesque setting. While there was so much to do in the area, one could literally spend a day or two just hanging out at this house enjoying the view all day. The view is beautiful from all angles and needs some time to take in. Bring your binoculars!Our group was fairly large and this sprawling home was more than comfortable for the lot of us. “They had severe weather the week before we arrived, and the shoreline access was closed off due to shore erosion. I was unaware of this when booking, but we dealt with it. We learned a lot about California Properties that are built on Sand Dunes, and how quickly the shoreline could erode. I'm amazed they were ever allowed to build this facility, considering the sandy location, and no shoreline protection. Standing on the beach, you can look for miles both directions.
