“Loved the location of the property - so close to the beach with easy access! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units which gave us plenty of space and the accommodations were very nice. Great outdoor spaces and beach chairs, towels, etc were available to use. Property is also an easy drive to all the wonderful restaurants of NSB. Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return. ”

“Our stay at this cottage did not disappoint. The property is exactly as depicted, beautiful view, grounds, decor and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The only drawback for us, not being from Florida, was that we were not aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach at all. This appears to be statewide with some exceptions depending on the county or municipality. We still had a great time and enjoyed a couple great beach walks with our pup before we were made aware of this regulation. ……
