“看到網站上照片而選擇住宿的入住流程方便，app介面也很容易使用算是bnb的一種，想要洗衣服要到樓下但沒有提供換零錢機打算在app內跟客服請求幫忙，原本客服也回應可以的但到最後都沒有幫上忙換零錢，只好在附近便利店解決浴室很方便，但有點污垢，介意的人要留意沒有洗碗機，周邊方便”

“This was perfect location for walking around sightseeing. Close to gas town/ downtown. Room was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to spend time in downtown town Vancouver. We were a few hours early for check in, host met us an let us in early. Excellent host, very accommodating.”

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
