“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. But it is in a very nice, quiet treelined neighborhood, with cafes, takeouts and basic shopping an easily walkable distance. BC place is a……

“Great place for gathering ”

“The property had no blinds in the living area, my kids and I were exposed to different people staring into the unit thus making us unsafe. It’s a so-called self cleaning unit, yet no cleaning supplies were provided in the unit. False advertising of providing an iron and a board was also seen, as none of these was in the property, until I had to request for same. Overall, my experience in this property was terrible. I hope Expedia is more careful in putting up such properties on their platform.”

“I’ve got the price page to stay at this beautiful home in Vancouver. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house went above and beyond my expectations as I felt like I was living in paradise for the weekend. May as the host made this stay even better as she was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this house with May as their host as she is easily the best host ever.”

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
