“Stayed for business conference trip. Steve's place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location was outstanding - walking distance to DT and lots of great places to eat along Davie Village (if you're a poutine fan, hit up Fritz!). More reasonably priced than a hotel. Would stay again. ”

“Wonderful place. 2 of the bedrooms were very small, and I would say just a single bed in those rooms, but we managed. We were a group of 6, 2 retired couples and 2 singles so the sleeping arrangements worked well.A little noisy at night with the train tracks across the street. Great views all around. When we first arrived getting in was a little tricky, probably due to it being late and us being very tired, but we managed with a little help from a resident! Overall it was a very nice place and……

“I had a wonderful stay at Ruby’s condo! The location is unbeatable — just steps from Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain Station, making it incredibly easy to get around Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. There are many great dining options nearby, including a cozy udon restaurant and a popular breakfast spot. The coffee shop around the corner serves an amazing Matcha Honey Oat Latte, and having both a grocery store and a pharmacy within walking distance was super convenient. Although the area is close……

“This is a very clean, nicely laid out, unit, well fitted out with kitchen dishes, countertop appliances, and washer/dryer. The building is located right next to the Expo transit line which makes it very convenient getting to and from the airport and around town. Gas town and China town are easy walks as are the paths around the east end of False Creek. It’s right beside the BC stadium and arena too. The unit has a twin bed in the main bedroom and a single in the second (very tight) sleeping……

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
