“No one answered the front desk phone. The heat in the room was set at 77* and we had to have someone come up to help us change it. He did it from the central computer but it only went down to 75*. We couldn't lock the terrace door. He had to show us that you had to lift the handle to turn the lock. There were no instructions anywhere. The clock didn't work and again, no instructions.
