Stairs were a little difficult & steep (and you are forewarned), but once you get everything upstairs, it was very pleasant. Neighbors are very close by, but that is Delta living. Highly recommend. We stayed at the Zen Den with family and friends and enjoyed the down time between games very much. Everything was comfortable and clean and beautiful. The area is wonderful, wide streets and charming mid century homes abound the neighborhood and driving around was fun and nostalgic.We will definitely return. ”
