“Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. “We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. “I booked this house because I was a guest at a wedding close by. I stayed here with my aunts, cousins, brother, sister and husband. This house was extremely clean and convenient to everything. The check in process was simple. Very spacious- all couches turn into beds. Plenty of clan linens and a very quiet neighborhood to get a restful sleep. ”
